Our space is availbale to rent. Our two rooms are perfect for martial arts, dance, yoga, singing, theater, exhibitions,… but also workshops, events, demonstrations and seminars. We can also take care of the animation of your events with capoeira and / or Brazilian dances.

Practical informations if you want to rent our space:
- First room (Recife room, at the entrance): 110m2, concrete floor, natural skylights and large window overlooking a small courtyard, mirrors
- Second room (Olinda room, at the back): 80m2, wood floor, white walls, natural skylights, mirrors, possibility to add gym mats
- A cloakroom without shower (for the moment the cloakroom is “unisex”). A second cloakroom and shower will be added soon.
- A toilet with a large sink
- A small inner courtyard, ideal for breaks
- Possibility to park several bikes in the entrance hall
- Rental by the hour but possibility of special price for the least requested hours and / or if you book at least 3 hours/week during the year
- Heating, electricity, water, sound system, cleaning of the venue and informations published on our website are included in the rental price
- In case of renting for classes, the teacher must show us the proof that he has subscribed the requested yearly insurances for his students.
