Come and experience Ashtanga yoga, a dynamic yoga practice that includes a sequence of asanas combined with Ujjayi breathing.
We will offer alternatives to ensure good alignment and respect for the body whatever our level.
Regular practice improves strength, flexibility and focus, a path to meditation.
Lunch break classes include basic postures centered on stretching, breathing, and relaxation of body and mind.
