H.I.I.T. stands for high intensity interval training. Our workouts are circuits of exercices including plyometrics, isometrics, etc only bodyweight exercices executed at a high intensity. However, all the exercices can be adapted and you can go at your own pace! H.I.I.T. will get you in shape and whether you want to shed a few kgs or you want to get fit, H.I.I.T. is the solution! It can also serve as a good conditioning workout for any other sport you may practice!
