Bootcamp

Our BOOTCAMP will help build your strength, endurance and mobility, and teach you some new skills!  We use basic tools such as the kettlebell, battle rope, VIPR and slam ball or, simply, bodyweight.  A favourite amongst our students with high energy and a great team spirit!  Inject some energy and fun into your week and #playpracticetrain!
