Created a few years ago by a choreographer and Canadian dance teacher Ricard Laubonet, the Djamboola is a new form of cardio-muscular training, bringing dynamism, rhythm, pleasure and physical form.
Djamboola is enlarging its audience in the American continent (especially in Canada). This new discipline consists of simple, easy to follow short choreographies inspired mainly by African dance accompanied by other rhythmic dances of the world, a touch of Hip-Hop, a dash of Ragga-Dancehall, a bit of Caribbean Soca, Konpa, Salsa, etc.
This fitness dance course not only allows you to burn a maximum of calories while spending a moment extremely fun but also solicits all body muscles (abs, glutes, thighs, arms, etc …). It involves feet and hips.
